and its Densei USA division target the end user market via resellers.
We currently have several resellers that represent our products and we
are looking to expand that network. We work with OEM customers both
through our distribution channel and directly, depending upon the
situation, but we will never take an OEM away from one of our resellers.
Our
objective is to not over saturate the channel nor to place our products
with cut rate box movers that would allow your customers to exploit
your knowledge and system integration capabilities and then go price
shopping. We encourage you to let us know when you are working on
opportunities so that we can protect you in your sales efforts.
We
operate on the basic premise that we will provide a high level of
support and excellent products. Our requirements of our resellers are
that they operate in an ethical manner and that we receive payment for
our products and services in a timely fashion. Our goal is to provide a
win-win environment that will allow you to fulfill the application
needs of your customers. Most items on our web page are in stock at all
times. In general, if a TechScan brand product is not in stock the
lead-time is three weeks. The Densei USA products are also extensively
stocked, with the exception of the BCR2600 lasers. Densei USA products
not in stock typically require six to seven weeks for delivery.
Approximately 98% of our non-laser sales are shipped from stock.
